How do I reserve my rental items?
Select your rental dates, choose the items you need, and complete your reservation online.

Where do I pick up my rental?
Convenient pickup is available near SJU Airport. We’ll contact you before your rental with pickup details.

Do you offer delivery?
Delivery may be available depending on your location and rental. Available delivery options will be confirmed before your reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup are eligible according to the cancellation terms shown during booking.

Is a security deposit required?
A refundable security deposit may be required. Rental items are inspected before and after each rental and should be returned in the same condition received.

What if I don’t see the item I need?
Just ask! We may be able to accommodate special requests or add an item for your stay.
